CPM Scheduling

Not ready to purchase software, jump in to the world of scheduling, and/or your staff capabilities are limited? SGI offers project scheduling services with no software purchase requirement. Pre-Bid / Proposal Schedule Development

SGI can work with your team to develop a professional schedule for submission with your proposal. Baseline Schedule Development

SGI will build a CPM schedule per your contract specifications using Primavera P6 and generate weekly or monthly updates as a representative of your company. If requested or required, SGI consultants can also attend schedule meetings.
